About the Role
As our receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact—answering phones, greeting clients, managing bookings, and supporting our stylists so everything runs smoothly. You’ll play a big role in making every guest feel relaxed, cared for, and excited to be here.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting clients with a genuine smile and friendly energy
• Answering phones, texts, and emails in a professional and warm manner
• Managing appointments and schedules
• Handling checkout and retail sales
• Keeping the front desk tidy and organized
• Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks

What We’re Looking For
