Hair Pricing & Consultations
Quotes given by our receptionists are estimates only. Prices may vary depending on individual stylists, colouring techniques, amount of time, length of hair and amount of colour and product used to create the desired effect.
We encourage you to have an in-salon 15 min consultation for colour, colour correction, or texturizing services before booking your service appointment. Our hairstylists are happy to see you and discuss the desired look that you wish to achieve. The price of the service will also be determined at this time. Consultations are complimentary. Please call to arrange an appointment. Any additional time may require an additional charge in 15 min increments.
Please check-in at the reception area at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy & No-Show Policy
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time and we will gladly reschedule your appointment. Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours before because we know how easy it is to forget.
If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the services scheduled. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.
For appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or “no-shows”, we charge 50% of the service total.
In the event that a 24-hour cancellation fee is required, we will call you and request payment by phone. Once we receive the payment, we will be happy to schedule your next service.
Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. However, gratuities are left to the discretion of the guests’ satisfaction. Gratuities are welcome in recognition of outstanding service.
Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries and any special occasion! Gift certificates may be issued in any denomination. They may be used towards the purchase of products and hair services (excluding gratuities). PLEASE NOTE: Gift Certificates are not refundable for cash.
Refund Policy: Products
If a guest is not satisfied with a product, they may bring the product in within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange or in-store credit. The product must be at least 90% full for us to issue a refund.

If a guest is not satisfied with their service, they may let the salon manager know within 48 hours of the service. A complimentary re-do or alternative solution may be offered at the salon manager’s discretion. We do not issue refunds for any services provided.
